Nuclear verdicts (i.e., verdicts of $10 million or more) are on the rise and show no signs of abating. With the help of an expert panel, the Pennsylvania Coalition for Civil Justice Reform (“PCCJR”) will dive into some of the major legal issues that have arisen in cases involving nuclear verdicts during its upcoming CLE program, “Fallout of Nuclear Verdicts.”
