The American Tort Reform Association (ATRA) has released its Judicial Hellholes Report for 2017-2018. Unfortunately for the citizens of Pennsylvania, our courts are featured prominently in the publication. ATRA has named the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas a Judicial Hellhole and has placed the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on its Watch List.
