The sea change that has taken place in Pennsylvania’s civil law since 2016 will be the topic of an upcoming event hosted by the Pennsylvania Coalition for Civil Justice Reform.

The panel discussion will include a review and analysis of important appellate cases in the context of the shifting membership on the Supreme and appellate courts.

The event will take place on Monday, September 11 from 10:30 a.m. to noon and is classified as a 1.5 substantive credit CLE class.

This is a hybrid event, with in-person or virtual attendance options. Lunch will be available at noon to those attending in-person. The cost to participate is $10 per person. To register, visit the PCCJR website.
