PCCJR joined WITF SmartTalk host Scott Lamar this week to discuss Penn State University’s recent decision to disband the school’s outdoors our outing club, the Nittany Grotto Caving Club and the Nittany Divers Scuba Club. Penn State said the clubs were being eliminated because they presented an “unacceptable safety risk.”
