Those interested in learning more about the forces shaping damages, verdicts and civil practice in the Commonwealth are encouraged to register for an upcoming CLE credited class hosted by PCCJR and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. This virtual event will take place on Friday, Nov. 13 and is worth 2 substantive CLE credits.
The program will feature leading trial, appellate, and litigation professionals discussing the decisions, evidence and tactics driving higher exposure – and what they mean for counsel, carriers, health care and businesses. The program will take a deeper look at the practice of anchoring and H.B. 1913; evaluating and challenging future damages; nuclear verdicts and the wider impacts these issues have on Pennsylvania’s business climate.
