Lawyer Advertising: What’s the Real Message?

This online event will discuss the ethical implications and the pervasive impacts of legal advertising on civil litigation. Each year in Pennsylvania millions of dollars are spent on billboards, television, radio, and electronic ads touting the ability to “get rich” through litigation. These ads plant false and preconceived notions of “justice” in the minds of claimants and prospective jurors, which they take into the courtroom. What can be done? How can defense attorneys counter this onslaught of advertising to help their clients overcome these tactics? Join us on August 15 and find out!
