Limited Spots Remaining for PCCJR’s CLE Class on the Fallout of Nuclear Verdicts

There is still time to register for the Pennsylvania Coalition for Civil Justice Reform’s upcoming CLE webinar focusing on the impact of nuclear verdicts in Pennsylvania. This online event is scheduled to take place on May 28 and is worth a 1.5 CLE credit. As part of the program, the panelists will discuss such issues as preemption, evidentiary issues, burden of proof, non-economic damages, and punitive multipliers.

The distinguished legal panel will include: Robert Palumbos, Partner & Chair of Appellate Practice, Duane Morris LLP; Christina Manfredi McKinley, Partner, Blank Rome LLP; Matthew Vodzak, Partner, Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, LLC; Magda Patitsas, Partner, Husch Blackwell; and Kevin Palmer, Counsel, U.S. Chamber Litigation Center.

This virtual event will take place on Wednesday, May 28 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The cost to register is $35. Registration can be done online at the PCCJR website
