Earlier this week PCCJR Executive Director Curt Schroder presented members of the General Assembly with the organization’s “Lifetime Support Award.” This award is given to legislators who have a lifetime voting record of 90 percent or greater on civil justice reform issues. Those who receive the award have demonstrated a commitment to reforming Pennsylvania’s civil justice system by preventing liability expansion, frivolous lawsuits, and lawsuit abuse. Voting records can be accessed at https://pccjr-advocacy.mmp2.org/. Click on Voting Records at the top, in the drop box, select the Session year. Scroll until you get to the name of the legislator. Click on the name and you will be able to view the lifetime score on PCCJR’s positions.
