The Pennsylvania Coalition for Civil Justice Reform will host a CLE credit eligible course focused on Artificial Intelligence litigation trends and ethical issues on December 9. This virtual event is worth 1.5 substantive and 0.5 ethics CLE credits.
The panel discussion will dive into the world of Artificial Intelligence in the legal profession. The program will include an overview of AI, a discussion about legal developments in AI and the future of AI in the practice of law. Additional topics will include the medical liability perspective on AI, how the defense can weaponize AI, and ethical issues of AI in legal practice.
