Elections have consequences – the results of which can significantly impact your chance of getting sued! This November, the entire state House (203 members) and half of the Senate (25 members) will be on the ballot. To help voters have a better understanding of the issues that affect the state’s civil justice climate and also see how incumbent legislators have voted on these issues, the Pennsylvania Coalition for Civil Justice Reform has developed its “2024 Voter’s Guide.”
For too long, Pennsylvania’s legal climate – which has the dubious distinction of being one of the nation’s worst Judicial Hellholes – has driven away investment and opportunity and threatened health care access. Job creators and the health care community are under constant threat of litigation that often result in ruinous nuclear verdicts. We need to reverse the course the state is on and right-size the scales of justice in the Commonwealth. That’s why participating in elections is so important.
With the General Election just weeks away, PCCJR encourages voters to review the “2024 Voter’s Guide” before heading to the polls. Your voice matters and we need your help in right-sizing the scales of justice in Pennsylvania! Exercise your right to vote on Tuesday, November 5!
